Expertology, under the visionary leadership of Dr. Robert Ghosh, is proud to be developing a ground-breaking new programme in collaboration with Anglia Ruskin University (ARU).
This initiative—Scenario-based Training for Empowering Non-traditional Stakeholders (STENTS)—is designed to revolutionise how we train professionals and stakeholders across the healthcare landscape.
Unlike traditional health and care training, the STENTS programme brings together clinicians, managers, support services, executive teams, and particularly patients into a shared learning environment. Using rich, real-world scenario-based simulations, the programme cultivates a deep understanding of the complex systems at play within health and care environments.
Whether you are a frontline professional, a non-clinical team member, or a stakeholder from the wider health system (including ICBs, ambulance services, and regulatory bodies like the CQC), this training is built for you. It is inclusive, practical, and geared towards real impact—both at the personal and organisational level.
